At SmweetTRCandy, we prioritize product quality and freshness. Because our products are food items sold by weight, refunds are limited.

1. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened candy bags
• Custom candy mixes
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items returned due to "taste preference"

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds ONLY if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The order arrived clearly damaged
• Weight discrepancy exceeds 10%
• Delivery was not completed

Photo evidence must be provided within 2 hours after receiving the order.
